The European Conference EASYWAY 2008 deals with a European-wide approach to the mobility on the Trans-European road network and it represents a great opportunity to have an outlook on what Intelligent Transport Systems can do in order to improve the mobility, safety and environment for European citizens.

This conference will provide a forum for the European ITS stakeholders to present the results so far achieved and to take a glance into the future, share experiences and good practices, stimulate informed debate, develop strategies and to reinforce European cross border cooperation.

The call for papers concerns papers, that are meant for the parallel technical sessions, which deal with achievements and perspectives on the following subjects:
